Terms of Service

1. The Service

FestivalOS is an online platform that helps festival organizers manage artists, registrations, documents, logistics, schedules, teams and finances. The Service is offered to businesses and professional organizers, not to consumers acting outside their trade.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account and by team members you invite.
• You decide which team members get access to which modules, and you must remove access when it is no longer needed.

3. Packages, prices and payment

• Packages and prices are shown on the pricing page. All prices are in euro and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
• A package covers one event (or the scope agreed in writing for VIP) and gives access from 4 months before to 1 month after the event dates.
• Discounts (founding offer, next-edition discount) apply only as stated at the time of purchase and cannot be combined unless we confirm it in writing.
• Fees are payable in advance. Unless the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, fees are non-refundable once the access period has started.

4. Your content and data

You keep all rights to the data you upload (“Customer Data”), including artist details, documents and financial records. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the Service. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to upload it, including any personal data of artists, staff and attendees.

For personal data, we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to upload content you have no right to share.
• Do not try to access other organizers’ data, probe or disrupt the Service, or bypass access controls.
• Do not resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend access if these rules are seriously or repeatedly broken, after notice where reasonable.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce the core features of a package you have already paid for during its access period.

7. Retention and end of access

Sensitive documents are deleted automatically 30 days after the event’s end date. You can export your data while you have access. After your access period ends we may delete remaining Customer Data within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. Liability

The Service is a planning tool; you remain responsible for checking flights, schedules, payments and other decisions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected package in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or revenue. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply to existing customers.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Piraeus, Greece have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions: info@latinario.com.
